Last May, during National Nursing Week, Farah McKenzie received Myeloma Canada’s Marion State Memorial Nursing Award. This prestigious award recognizes the work of Canadian nurses who demonstrate excellence in nursing through their leadership, their ability to work as a team, their passion, and their commitment to the advancement of myeloma patient care.

Michelle Oana, Director of Development and Community Relations, flew to Prince George to give Farah her prize and thank her for her incredible work, devotion and passion.
