Visionnez-les ou conservez-les \u00e0 port\u00e9e de mains pour vous aider \u00e0 reproduire ces exercices facilement depuis le confort de votre maison ou du lieu de votre choix, au parc tout comme en vacances!<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Ne vous d\u00e9couragez pas si vous avez l\u2019impression que votre niveau d\u2019\u00e9nergie diminue apr\u00e8s un entra\u00eenement l\u00e9ger. Il est normal de ressentir plus de fatigue apr\u00e8s une activit\u00e9 physique (c\u2019est d\u2019ailleurs ce qui vous apportera un sommeil plus center;\">\u00c0 l\u2019automne 2022, nous avons lanc\u00e9 un projet pilote s\u2019\u00e9talant sur 6 semaines permettant d\u2019observer les bienfaits d\u2019un r\u00e9gime d\u2019exercice l\u00e9ger\u00a0\u00e0 mod\u00e9r\u00e9 chez les patients atteints d\u2019un my\u00e9lome.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Le groupe \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9tude au cours de ce projet \u00e9tait constitu\u00e9 de personnes de sexe f\u00e9minin et masculin atteints d\u2019un my\u00e9lome, \u00e2g\u00e9es entre 62 et 78 ans et comportant des conditions physiques et m\u00e9dicales diff\u00e9rentes. Nous avons pris en compte le statut de leur parcours avec la maladie\u00a0: en traitement, en r\u00e9mission et d\u2019autres ayant connu une premi\u00e8re rechute. Dans notre espoir d\u2019analyser \u00e9galement la pr\u00e9sence de comorbidit\u00e9s, nous avons pu accueillir deux patients comportant diff\u00e9rents stades d\u2019amylose amylo\u00efde \u00e0 cha\u00eenes l\u00e9g\u00e8res, une maladie connexe au my\u00e9lome, dont un avait aussi une atteinte aux reins.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Les donn\u00e9es recueillies au d\u00e9but et \u00e0 la fin de chaque s\u00e9ance d\u00e9montrent\u00a0<strong>une baisse<\/strong>\u00a0du niveau de douleur chez nos participants en r\u00e9ponse au programme.
