Cellules malignes du my\u00e9lome. Des plasmocytes sains produisent des anticorps destin\u00e9s \u00e0 combattre l&rsquo;infection. Dans le cas du my\u00e9lome, les plasmocytes malins produisent des quantit\u00e9s anormales d&rsquo;anticorps n&rsquo;ayant pas la capacit\u00e9 de combattre l\u2019infection. Les anticorps anormaux sont des prot\u00e9ines monoclonales ou prot\u00e9ine M.
